The Coordinating Committee of the Faire tries to give Town residents, their families and friends a true ‘taste of Watertown’. Within the Town, we have foods from a rich array of ethnic and national foods from around the world. The Committee encourages food vendors who offer foods specializing in ethnic or national cuisine to showcase your foods to the approximately 12,000 people who attend the Faire.

The Watertown Rotary Club is once again proud to offer FREE hamburgers and hot dogs (donations accepted for the Library) as well as Faire on the Square root beer!
