To register by mail (pay by check): Download the application form Here. Fill it out, and submit it, along with full payment, to the address below.
To register in person (pay by check): Pick up a copy of application in Town Hall (Town Clerk's office), fill it out and submit, along with full payment, to:

Registrations mailed or hand delivered will NOT receive an acknowledgement. Your cancelled check is your receipt. Table number and instructions will be mailed to you in September.
PLEASE NOTE: The deadline for applications is Friday, August 20, 2010. Applications received after that date will be charged a $25.00 late filing penalty and are accepted on a space available basis only.
If you are a food vendor, additional forms are required from the Department of Health in Town Hall. Similarly, if you expect to use propane, a one-day license is also required from the Fire Department.
